fashion week fall 09

hola,

so i haven't updated this thing in the longest time because a.) i am lazy and b.) i have been at jury duty for the past three days (lucky me, i heard the trial for 3 whole days and guess what? i was picked as an alternative so i had to wait in a room with a stranger for three hours while the others deliberated and came up with a verdict). ugh. 

anyways the point is, i am here now updating my blog :) it is fashion week everyone! i get so stoked to see what the designers come up with, whether it'd be bad or fabulous. I have to say i am somewhat disappointed in phillip lim. the past couple of seasons have been okay. the only thing good about this fall collection is that he added men's clothing! i would wear any of those outfits over the frills and floral prints. max azria had a couple of cute looks. he has been on a role with herve leger and his own bcbg collection. bravo max, bravo. alexander wang stuck to black and white this season. thank goodness... i did not like the hot pink he incorporated in his last collection. stick to the neutrals. the best thing about his collection were the accessories. he has this one studded black leather tote that is absolutely amazing. i need it now. matthew williamson always is creative but i only liked one look, however i found many pieces that i loved. hmm enough said. here are some of my favorite looks:
