let's paint

hola,

so today i was looking through the cabinets downstairs and came across these paintings i did last year. last summer, my madre handed me a book of monet and van gogh that we got in paris, a paintbrush and a canvas when i told her i was bored. 

i did my first painting on a little postcard i got at the moma in ny and the rest is history: 

i got hooked and painted for the rest of the summer. 

my artwork aint no masterpieces but it does feel quite good when you're done with a painting. so i started this habit once again today and hopefully it'll continue on for the rest of the summer.
