My mom's friend gifted us with a takoyaki maker so my padre and I decided to make it today. I was so surprised how easy it is to make this delicious appetizer/meal. I usually eat this whenever I go to New York. It seemed like it would be a difficult process to make; however within 15 minutes, I was eating them straight off the pan.
beat one large egg
mix one cup of takoyaki mix and water
mix egg, water, and takoyaki mix
add ginger and tako (octopus)
time to put the mix in the pan

flip the takoyakis
drizzle takyoyaki sauce, japanese mayo, and seaweed on top
time to eat!
